University of Michigan's Health lab volunteer 

It started with an email. I introduced myself and talked about wanting to make a larger impact with the journalism skills I have attained. This is the same way I approached writing a story for The Ann Arbor Observer. Health, obviously being such a crucial part of society, I wanted to inform/help inform the public about certain issues. With this editing opportunity, I have accustomed to the University of Michigan's style guide and created a new taxonomy document and best practices as well. I cannot share them due to the privacy needed for the Health lab. I edit numerous amount of articles and will start to write articles for the health lab.
